+ Organize large national subcontractors so they are reporting up to one person who has a clear understanding of all Shaw's segments and who will lead and direct actions and price for the nation.
+ Job duties are to be carried out in such a manner that all employees will know that the Production Manager is committed to achieving the goals of Shaw Industries.
To Manage all of the activities of the manufacturing site in such a way as to meet the Corporate and functional goals of Shaw Industries Group, Inc. To then monitor and achieve progress toward these goals.
