Or a Bachelor’s Degree in a human service field with demonstrated steady progress towards QHP status (CASAC-T or enrolled in a MSW or Mental Health Counseling Masters or equivalent licensure-oriented program.

One to three years' experience in counseling, social services, or criminal justice, preferably with youth. The Licensed Mental Health Counselor is responsible for conducting and coordinating mental health services for all residents assigned to their caseload by the Senior Licensed Mental Health Counselor, including, but not limited to, ongoing individual counseling, group counseling, family counseling and crisis intervention.
