Schedule 12-hour day/night rotating shifts, weekends as scheduled. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our acute care unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients with various medical conditions. Our unit specializes in managing patients with CHF, COPD, cellulitis, and more. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care and evaluate patient needs. Administer medications and titrate drips, including heparin based on aPTT results. Collaborate with charge nurse and interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes. Document patient care and maintain accurate records in the EPIC system. Assist in the supervision of patient care technicians and nursing aides. Monitor and report changes in patient condition to appropriate personnel. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current RN licensure in the state of practice. BLS certification from AHA.
