This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the Equipment Control System (ECS) to ensure stable and efficient manufacturing processes. Manage and operate the Equipment Control System (ECS) for production facilities Monitor equipment status and ensure stable system performance Perform troubleshooting and maintenance support for production equipment Collaborate with internal teams to improve system efficiency and minimize downtime Maintain accurate system records and operational documentation Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment and system operations QualificationsMinimum 3+ years of experience in equipment operation, maintenance, or related field Hands-on experience with ECS (Equipment Control System) required Ability to troubleshoot equipment and system-related issues Bilingual in Korean and English (required) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Work ScheduleShift-based schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. *** NO C2C ***
