Who You Are: Youve got at least a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or something equally impressive, plus5-10 yearsof experience in business development, account management, or consulting. Youre not just business-mindedyoure business-obsessed. You thrive on hitting targets, building teams, and solving complex problems while staying cool under pressure (think: NYC cab driver level of cool). Youve led teams, coached your people, and grown a businessand you loved every minute of it. Bonus points if youve got some project management experience under your belt.
