Youll be spearheading three major areas of our business, with the energy and confidence of someone who can take on Wall Streetand still catch the 6 train home.
Business Development:
Youll be expanding our client base faster than New Yorkers swipe their MetroCard's. Use your savvy to turn prospects into long-term partners, offering solutions that even the most seasoned CEOs will high-five you for.
Build, grow, and dominatebasically, youll be the superhero our clients didnt know they needed.
Team Leadership:
This isnt just managing, its mentoring. Partner with our rockstar Talent Acquisition Team to hire top talent, then lead your squad like the Avengers.
Foster your teams potential with all the wisdom youve gained from those5-10 yearsof experience. In other words, youre their Yoda (but with cooler business cards).
Profit Center Management:
Keep our projects running like a well-oiled machine. Collaborate with consultants and Delivery Managers to make sure were hitting all the right notesrevenue, profitability, client satisfaction, and maybe even world domination (too far?).
Who You Are:
Youve got at least a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or something equally impressive, plus5-10 yearsof experience in business development, account management, or consulting.
Youre not just business-mindedyoure business-obsessed. You thrive on hitting targets, building teams, and solving complex problems while staying cool under pressure (think: NYC cab driver level of cool).
Youve led teams, coached your people, and grown a businessand you loved every minute of it. Bonus points if youve got some project management experience under your belt.
