Seafood Filleter-MonroeOur plant in Monroe, WA is looking for people that can fillet seafood! We focus on getting quality smoked salmon to our local and national grocery stores.As a filleter, you will properly cut fresh fish to ensure maximum use of product. Proper handling of fish is required.
