Your daily tasks will include:Operating equipment to mix powder resin and create perfectly blended materials.Ensuring the team has the necessary materials to meet production goals.Preparing molds and materials for the next 24 hours of production.Assisting in various areas, including molding machines and trimming, as needed.Identifying and reporting any defective materials or irregular conditions.Maintaining an organized workspace by following 5S principles.What We're Looking For:Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift, with occasional stooping, bending, and reaching.Capability to lift between 15-40 lbs as part of daily tasks.Comfort working in a manufacturing environment with heat, noise, and moving machinery.Willingness to wear required protective gear.If you're ready to take the next step in your career and be part of a team where your work truly matters, apply today!Call (920) 684-8324 or email Kristin at kkracaw@abrjobs.com TODAY to learn more and apply.
