Core Responsibilities: Responsibilities and tasks are written as follows:Operate hand,legor foot activated valve to stuff sausage into casings or molds. Position on sticks and hangproductto trees or trucks. Check and set proper stuffer controls. Select and position proper stuffing horn. Soak and untie bundles of casings when necessary. Servicestuffersby bringingvatsof meat to stufferto dumpers and unloadingmeat into stuffer. Place casings on horns of stuffers. Operate stuffing machine, hang product, servicestuffers, clean buckets, all part of rotation of jobs. Performs other duties as assigned by the Crew Leader and Supervisor. Must be able to push loadedtrees of sausageweighing about 900lbs on rail system.
