Developer / Analyst - Regulatory Reporting

We are seeking a Developer / Analyst - Regulatory Reporting with strong hands-on experience in FR 2052A implementation and working knowledge of technical components supporting regulatory reporting systems. This is a hybrid functional + technical role, ideal for candidates who have led or supported FR 2052A implementations and can collaborate effectively with development teams by reviewing, analyzing, and validating technical logic and data flows. The role does not require heavy development, but candidates should be comfortable reviewing PL/SQL code, data mappings, and reporting logic Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support implementation and enhancement of FR 2052A regulatory reportingAnalyze and validate report logic, data sourcing, and transformationsReview and interpret PL/SQL code and database logic (no heavy coding required)Translate business and regulatory requirements into functional and technical specificationsPerform data analysis, reconciliation, and validation for regulatory submissionsCollaborate with: Business stakeholdersRegulatory teamsTechnical/development teamsIdentify gaps in reporting logic and recommend solutionsParticipate in UAT, functional testing, and validation cyclesEnsure compliance with liquidity regulatory reporting standardsSupport implementation using tools like Axiom (preferred) Required Skills & Experience10+ years in financial services (banking preferred)Strong hands-on experience with FR 2052A (mandatory)Deep understanding of liquidity regulatory reportingExperience working on FR 2052A implementations (end-to-end or major phases)Ability to: Review and understand PL/SQL / SQL logicWork with Oracle or relational databasesStrong data analysis, reconciliation, and validation skillsExperience bridging business and technical teamsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills • Preferred SkillsExperience with Axiom SL / Axiom ControllerViewExposure to other regulatory reports (LCR, NSFR, CCAR, etc.)Familiarity with data warehousing / ETL conceptsPrior experience in large banking or financial institutions
