Sherwin Business Services Finance Co-OpThe Sherwin Business Services (SBS) Finance Co-Op position is responsible for assisting the Global AP COE Team in aiding internal businesses, external vendors, and cross-division customers to support their use of on-line systems. Correspondence may be specific to continuous improvement projects, quality review of system controls, and monthly reporting.Because this role involves access to confidential financial information, the Company has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and to provide similar protections for its clients and potential investments.ResponsibilitiesSupport incoming paper mail with opening, sorting, and distributing along with an effort to eliminate paper mail converting to electronic invoice submissions.Support global COE Team members by monitoring and sending monthly reporting on account reconciliations and monthly tasks to ensure completed on time.Support COE team initiatives such as quality reviews, continuous improvement projects, and global standardization.QualificationsMinimum Requirements:Candidates must be working towards an Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business related field from an accredited institution.Ability to at least work one (1) year, part time (approx. 28 hours per week) during school year and over school breaks.Preferred Qualifications:Strong Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word) experience.Adapt easily to technological advancements in a fast-paced environment.About UsAt Sherwin-Williams, our purpose is to inspire and improve the world by coloring and protecting what matters.
