Job ResponsibilitiesManage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed. Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members. May assist with operational support functions (i.e., Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.) Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
