Field Technician - Deliver High-Impact Service and Repair Solutions for Automotive Service Bays and Carwash Equipment! You will have a direct path for career advancement as we continue to grow our specialized service footprint.How You Will Make an ImpactExecute complex mechanical and electrical installations to meet rigorous industrial and government standards.Manage on-site project logistics independently to ensure all service calls are completed on schedule.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve real-time technical challenges to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.Coordinate with field operations teams to maintain safety protocols and high-quality workmanship.Document technical reports and project progress using company-provided digital tools.Maintain the integrity of company equipment and vehicles while representing our core values on-site.Required Qualifications & ExperienceProven background in construction with a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.Absolute willingness to travel 100% of the time, including 4-5 days a week out of town.Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Ability to work safe and smart while working at heights, around high-voltage, all seasons and weather, tight spaces, and ability to lift 60+lbs.Strong organizational and computer skills and the self-motivation to manage remote job sites.Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and internal leadership.Preferred Qualifications & Experience7+ years of related work experience in industrial or commercial field service.High School Diploma or GED equivalent.Prior experience working on prevailing wage or government-contracted projects.Familiarity with manufacturer-specific technical training or OSHA safety standards.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive weekly pay cycle with overtime potential and performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plus Health Savings Account (HSA).401(k) retirement savings program with employer matching.Paid time off including holidays, vacation, and sick leave.Travel per diem, company vehicle, and provided uniforms.4 day week, 10 hour days potential for some projectsProfessional tech package including a smartphone or tablet.Access to paid training programs, apprenticeships, and mentor training.About UsAnglin Equipment is a premier provider of construction services for commercial, industrial, and federal clients.
