Job Title: Japanese Bilingual HR and Admin Associate
Location: Torrance, CA - onsite
Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm (one hour lunch break)
Classification: Non-Exempt, Direct Hire, Full-TimeThe Japanese Bilingual HR and Admin Associate handles and supports both HR and Office administration duties under HR/Admin supervisor. Qualified candidate has over one year of related experience and must speak/read/write business level Japanese.Responsibilities
Human Resource - 60%
-Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
-Support the recruitment process, generating job descriptions, posting job advertisements, and contacting agencies.
-Perform onboarding process for new hires, preparing new hire packages, setting up systems, and assisting trainings.
-Assist department managers with performance management procedures.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information on a database.
-Assist department managers and employees with employeerelations issues.
-Assist with payroll and benefits administration including processing, answering questions, and fixing errors.
-Perform other duties as assigned.
Office Administration - 40%
-Answer phone calls, sort and distribute incoming mails; arrange and send out outgoing mails.
-Orderoffice supply and services
-Communicate with vendors for building and facility maintenance.
-Other general affairs to support the overall office operations.Qualifications:
-Japanese bilingual skills - must speak/read/Write Japanese fluently.
-One-year of related experience, such as office support, HR, or any assistant role.
