Corporate Legal Assistant

We're recruiting on behalf of a respected Cleveland law firm that is adding to its Business & Corporate Law team. This position supports attorneys handling transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, entity formations, and ongoing corporate filings.Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and revise contracts, closing documents, and client correspondence• Coordinate transaction closings, including tracking signatures and managing timelines• Maintain corporate records and entity documentation• Oversee DocuSign workflows, closing binders, and organizational charts• Communicate with clients, attorneys, and third parties throughout transactions• Manage attorney calendars, time entry, and general administrative tasksQualifications:• Prior experience supporting business, corporate, or transactional attorneys• Hands-on involvement with mergers, acquisitions, formations, or corporate filings• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and electronic document systems• Experience with DocuSign and legal document management platforms• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through• Clear communicator who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentThis is a full-time, onsite opportunity offering stability, professional growth, and direct collaboration with an experienced corporate law team.
