Strong written communication and a high bar for code quality and design are essential.Experience: 5+ years in software engineering, 2+ years leading teams delivering complex, distributed systems end-to-end.Tech Skills: Modern web frameworks (Angular, React), mobile frameworks (Swift, Kotlin), microservices (Java SpringBoot, .NET), cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD, event driven architecture (EDA), observability practices (New Relic, Datadog, Splunk, etc.).Bonus: Familiarity with AI-assisted development and DevSecOps practices.Bonus TypeDiscretionaryWorking Conditions & Physical RequirementsOffice - 20 lbsBOK Financial Corporation Group is a stable and financially strong organization that provides excellent training and development to support building the long term careers of employees.
