Licensed Psychological Counselor or LICSW

Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will provide evidence-based, client-centered therapy services to individuals, couples, and/or families. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to support clients' mental and emotional well-being. Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluationsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansProvide individual, group, and/or family therapy using evidence-based modalitiesMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and agency standardsCollaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, case managers, and primary care providersParticipate in case reviews, clinical supervision, and staff meetingsProvide crisis intervention and safety planning as neededSupport clients in accessing community resources and servicesStay current on best practices, licensure requirements, and continuing educationQualifications:Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related fieldActive and unrestricted license as an LPC or LICSW in the state of [Insert State]Minimum [1–3] years of post-licensure clinical experience preferredStrong knowledge of mental health disorders, trauma-informed care, and therapeutic techniquesProficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systemsExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, or underserved communitiesCertification or training in CBT, DBT, EMDR, or other evidence-based practicesBilingual or multilingual candidates encouraged to apply
