Venture Fund Clerk

Job DescriptionGunderson Dettmer has an opening for a Venture Fund Clerk in our Redwood City office. Job RequirementsApplicants must possess excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, as well as proficient computer skills. This position also requires good judgment, initiative, flexibility and team work. The Venture Fund Clerk's responsibilities will include maintaining fund formation checklists, tracking investor responses, filing Certificates of Formation/Limited Partnership for general partner, main fund, side fund(s) and management company, distributing closing documents to limited partners and preparing closing volumes. Educational RequirementsBS/BA degree. ScheduleMonday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hybrid StatusFull Time, Non-Exempt. The annualized base salary range for this position is expected to be $65,000.00-$75,000.00. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only and do not include bonus, benefits, or related incentives for which this position is eligible.
