Helpdesk / Access Manager

CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARDLocation: Fort Belvoir, VAMinimum Qualifications:2 years demonstrated experience with the Multimedia Message Manager (M3), such as:Profile managementValidating access to system Communities of InterestDemonstrated experience with access management operations, such as:PKI Trusted Agent activitiesVerifying security clearance information in JPAS or Scattered CastlesValidating access using need-to-know applications (e.g., JEMS, NCTC, etc.)Demonstrated experience involving complex security classification procedures/decisions such as:Coalition/foreign partner supportForeign disclosureIntelligence disseminationCross-domain operations* Demonstrated understanding of organizational messaging in DoD or IC environmentsEducation:* Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from an accredited college or universityOR* Associate's degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence disciplineOR* High School Diploma with 9 years of experience in an intelligence disciplineCertifications / Clearance:* Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance* Ability to obtain CI polygraphAdditional Requirement:* Ability to obtain DoDD 8140.01 (formerly DoDD 8570.01-M) certification / IT Level II within 30 calendar days of indoctrination at HQ INSCOMSpecial Qualifications / Duties:Supports access management and user provisioning activities across intelligence systemsAssists with profile management and validation of user access within Communities of InterestVerifies security clearance information and enforces access controlsSupports PKI Trusted Agent functionsAssists with handling classification and cross-domain access requirementsSupports organizational messaging and communication processesEqual Employment Opportunity StatementCFDay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
