This role leads the team, oversees customer service, manages financial and operational performance, and ensures compliance with The UPS Store brand standards. The Center Manager works closely with the franchise owner to drive sales, control expenses, and deliver a consistently excellent customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires flexibility, accountability, and strong people management skills.
