The nurse will be floating between Cardiac Care (4:1 patient ratio) and Med-Surg (5:1 patient ratio) units, providing critical care and support to patients with cardiac conditions and general medical-surgical needs.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive nursing care for patients in Cardiac Care and Med-Surg units.Float between units as required, maintaining high standards of patient care.Utilize EPIC systems for patient documentation and care management.Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureCurrent California RN license.Experience in Cardiac Care.EPIC experience is required.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
