VP Controller Private Equity-Backed Industrial Manufacturing $800m RevenueCompensation: $275k-$300k base, 40-50% bonus + equityFinatal is exclusively retained on the search for a VP Controller to join a private equity-backed industrial manufacturing company generating $800m in revenue. Reporting to the CFO, this individual will lead the global accounting function and play a key role in strengthening processes, systems, and financial reporting across the organization.This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role for a technical accounting leader who enjoys building structure in environments where there is meaningful work to be done.The VP Controller will oversee core accounting operations including order-to-cash and procure-to-pay and manage an international team. The role will also lead corporate accounting, the external audit, and the development of consolidation processes across the global entity.The business currently operates across multiple ERP systems, creating an opportunity for someone who enjoys improving systems, strengthening controls, and building scalable reporting processes. Experience leveraging automation, AI, or improved consolidation tools is a plus.Responsibilities:Lead the global accounting function, overseeing order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and other back-office processesManage an international accounting teamOwn corporate accounting and financial reporting in compliance with GAAPLead the year-end audit process and serve as the primary point of contact for external auditorsDevelop and enhance global consolidation processes and reportingAddress operational accounting challenges including vendor payments and cash management processesEvaluate and help streamline multiple existing ERP systems, improving reporting and efficiencyStrengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial processes as the business continues to scaleRequirements:CPA requiredPublic accounting backgroundStrong technical accounting and corporate accounting experienceExperience leading global accounting teams or shared services environmentsBackground working in multi-entity or global organizations requiring consolidationHands-on leader comfortable driving process and systems improvementsThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth, operational environments and wants the opportunity to make a significant impact within a PE-backed business.#J-18808-Ljbffr
