Job Title: Litigation AttorneyLocation: Miami, FloridaExperience Level: 2+ YearsLanguage Preference: Spanish Speakers PreferredBar Membership: Must be a Member of the Florida BarAbout the Role:We are recruiting for a Litigation Attorney to join our client's dynamic legal team in Miami. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of litigation experience, strong advocacy skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services. Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred to better serve our diverse client base.Key Responsibilities:Represent clients in Plaintiff homeowner insurance litigation matters from inception through trial.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to develop case strategies.Maintain accurate case records and ensure timely communication with clients.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Spanish fluency is highly preferred.Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.How to Apply:Please submit your resume to jprado@ascendo.com.Ascendo is a certified minority owned staffing firm, and we welcome and celebrate diversity.
