The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing care coordination, and assisting with patient needs. Daily responsibilities include communicating with patients via phone, ensuring the accuracy of medical information, and supporting the healthcare team to enhance the delivery of care.Qualifications Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and managing associated administrative tasks Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and effective communication with patients Experience in Care Coordination to support seamless patient care Knowledge of Medical Terminology and healthcare operations Excellent Patient Care abilities and a commitment to compassionate service Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in a related field is preferred
