This is a land and expand role designed for a strategic builder who can turn initial client engagements into massive, long-term partnerships.TLand, Expand, & ArchitectYou will own the post-sale relationship, navigating complex organizational structures to identify and capture expansion opportunities.As a Series B hire, you aren't following a playbook you're writing it. You will create the repeatable success processes that ensure world-class Net Revenue Retention (NRR).Partner with C-suite decision leaders at the world's most sophisticated firms, serving as a consultant on their AI talent platform stratefy.This role is 5 days a week in-office, fostering the high-intensity collaboration necessary to win in the AI spaceCandidate Pedigree & Requirements5-10 years in Account Management or Sales within Adtech, AI, HR tech or demand generation techExperience in an early stage tech companyYou are comfortable engaging with high-pedigree talent and executive stakeholders who demand excellence.You possess a natural ability to build workflows, manage CRM hygiene, and use data to drive growth.You have a proven track record of growing existing accounts through proactive relationship building and strategic upselling.The perksOur client provides an elite environment to match their talent pool:Gourmet daily catered lunches and a premium office experience.Competitive Compensation: High base salary + aggressive expansion commission + Series B equity.Career Inflection Point: The chance to join a category-defining company at a critical scaling phase.
