Onsite Job - Quality Inspector Level 2 | Hopkinton, Massachusetts, United States Onsite Job - Quality Inspector Level 2 Location: Hopkinton, MA | Schedule: 1st Shift (7:00am - 4:30pm) | Pay Rate: Up to $45/hr | No Travel | No Remote About the Role Indotronix is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector Level 2 to join our team onsite in Hopkinton, Massachusetts. In this hands-on role, you will play a key part in ensuring top-notch product quality for aerospace and high-tech manufacturing. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities to expand your technical skills and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Perform precise inspection of incoming materials, in-process parts, and final product assemblies using physical and metrology techniques Document inspection results, review vendor certifications, and maintain accurate acceptance records Generate First Article Inspection (FAI) reports and support customer source inspections Calibrate and maintain inspection tools, gages, and equipment on-site or through external suppliers Interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and quality acceptance procedures Support corrective action efforts, root cause analysis, and ongoing improvement projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate inspection findings effectively Adapt to evolving priorities and take initiative in a team-oriented environment Required Skills and Experience High School Diploma or GED (education will be verified) 4+ years of inspection experience in aerospace or a similar technical manufacturing setting Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, work instructions, and inspection procedures Hands-on experience with metrology tools: calipers, micrometers, gages, dial indicators, etc. Solid knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management Effective verbal and written communication skills Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Preferred Skills Associate's Degree in Physical Science or Manufacturing-related field Experience with CNC machined products and inspection Familiarity with ISO 9001 and AS9100 Quality Management Systems Background working with passive microwave components and antennas Benefits Competitive hourly rate up to $45/hr Overtime opportunities based on business needs Expand your skills and advance your career through on-the-job training Collaborative, high-energy work environment How to Apply Ready to elevate your inspection career?
