This role is responsible for managing custom architectural woodwork projects from estimating through fabrication and final delivery. The Project Manager ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the quality standards our clients expect. This position works closely with field leadership, design teams, customers, and shop personnel to coordinate the production of cabinetry, casework, millwork, trim, and specialty fabricated components used in commercial and healthcare construction projects. The ideal candidate brings strong construction knowledge, leadership ability, and the organizational skills necessary to manage multiple fast-paced projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead casework and millwork projects from preconstruction through fabrication and deliveryPrepare estimates, review plans and specifications, and support design-build opportunitiesCoordinate shop production schedules with construction project timelinesManage labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment to meet project goalsWork with designers and project teams to develop and approve shop drawingsTrack project budgets, schedules, and work-in-progress reportingMaintain communication with internal project managers, clients, and vendorsOversee purchasing, inventory management, and vendor coordinationPromote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability within shop operationsProvide leadership to shop personnel and support employee developmentIdentify value engineering opportunities to improve cost and efficiencyQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferredEquivalent construction or millwork industry experience considered in lieu of degreeExperience managing commercial construction, millwork, cabinetry, or fabrication projectsAbility to read and interpret architectural drawings and specificationsStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsExperience coordinating multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency with project management and scheduling softwareWhat We're Looking For:A hands-on construction professional who understands how fabrication integrates with the field.
