Job Title: Engineer Level I - Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM) AnalysisJob Category: EngineeringTime Type: Full timeMinimum Clearance Required to Start: NoneEmployee Type: RegularPercentage of Travel Required: Up to 10%Type of Travel: Local* * ***The Opportunity:**+ Join a prestigious team dedicated to developing and enhancing Navy Maintenance Processes and Policies.+ Apply engineering principles and data analysis to improve the reliability and efficiency of Military Sealift Command (MSC) vessels.+ Produce Reliability Block Diagrams (RBDs) to evaluate Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM) performance of shipboard systems.+ Work on critical projects that directly impact naval operations and readiness.+ Collaborate with industry experts and government agencies to drive innovation in maintenance practices.+ Enjoy a challenging and rewarding career with opportunities for professional growth and development.**Responsibilities:**+ Apply engineering principles and data analysis to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, test, or evaluate systems, policies, support systems, and management as related to RAM.+ Review and prepare engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation.+ Contribute to the development of Navy and commercial specifications in relation to RAM development, requirements, and management.+ Implementation of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) processes in accordance with MIL-STD-3034.+ Ensure compliance with all relevant security requirements and maintain eligibility for a final U.S. Government security clearance.**Qualifications:****_Required:_**+ Degree: BS degree in a field of Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math.+ Minimum of 1-2 years of post-graduate marine, power, or manufacturing plant technical experience.+ Must be able to attain NAVSEA certifications in Classic and Backfit RCM (per the MIL-STD-3034 (RCM) Process).+ Security Requirements: Must be eligible to possess a final U.S. Government security clearance.+ Experience with Navy and commercial ship Design Specifications and maintenance management.+ Experience or fluency with reading and comprehending engineering drawings, technical manuals, and other technical documentation for RAM analysis.+ Fluency in relevant maintenance and reliability engineering tools (i.e., Reliability Block Diagrams, Fault Tree Analysis, Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis).+ Passion for enhancing naval operations through innovative RAM practices.+ This position is primarily remote with occasional travel to the Washington Navy Yard or CACI Chantilly office.**_Desired:_**+ Active USCG license+ The ideal candidate will have a background in reliability engineering and shipboard operations.**What You Can Expect:****A culture of integrity.**At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
