Restorative Nursing Assistant

Restorative Nursing Assistants (RNAs) support residents by promoting independence, mobility, and overall quality of life through person-directed care. In alignment with our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care, RNAs work closely with residents to understand their individual needs, abilities, and goals, assisting with restorative programs, activities of daily living, and therapeutic exercises. This role helps foster a safe, supportive environment that encourages resident participation, dignity, and continued functional improvement. Full-Time - 5 days a week, no 4/2 rotations. 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM must be available at least 1 weekend day per week. Pay Range $21.52 to $27 an hour, depending on experience To be successful in the role, you would have: Active Certified Nursing Assistant & Restorative Nursing certificate required 1 years of RNA experience required What's in it for you?
