Production Operator

**Essential Job Function** :+ Operate all department equipment, quality checks, preventative maintenance and minor repairs+ Enter jobs into the manufacturing tracking system+ Read and interpret shop order to verify that all previous operations were completed, to verify count and to verify quality+ Maintain a safe, neat, and organized workplace+ Ensure the quality of the panels are meeting the standard of the work order before proceeding to work to the next department.**Requirements****Essential Qualifications, Education and Experience** :+ High School Diploma or equivalent preferred+ Minimum 2 years' experience in the printed circuit board industry or any similar manufacturing related industry+ Ability to read, write and communicate in English+ Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed+ Able to read and interpret blueprints+ Able to work in a team environment and willing to cross train**Physical Requirements:**+ Ability to stand 8-12 hrs.+ Ability to consistently lift 25 pounds**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $24.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
