DescriptionPosition: Lead MaintenanceSaxony at Chase Oaks Apartments (470 Units) - Plano, TX300 Legacy Drive, Plano, TX 75023 www.SaxonyAtChaseOaks.com Gaines Investment Trust is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance to oversee maintenance operations at Saxony at Chase Oaks, a 470-unit apartment community in Plano. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and ensures the community is maintained to the highest standards while supporting a strong team environment.
