A great UHY client is seeking an Administrative Accounting Assistant to support accounting and administrative functions within a dynamic, team-oriented environment. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to work closely with leadership while supporting a fast-paced, global business experiencing continued growth.The Administrative Accounting Assistant role is a fully onsite position based in Auburn Hills, MI. This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity.Administrative Accounting Assistant ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day accounting and administrative functionsAssist with data entry, reconciliations, and financial record maintenanceUtilize QuickBooks to manage and track financial transactionsPrepare and maintain reports using ExcelInteract with internal teams and external contacts in a professional mannerProvide general support to leadership, including the site CEO and HR ManagerAssist with ad hoc projects and support a variety of operational needsAdministrative Accounting Assistant Requirements3–5 years of relevant accounting or administrative experienceBachelor’s degree requiredExperience with QuickBooksStrong Excel skillsProfessional demeanor with strong communication skillsAbility to work onsite in a collaborative, team-oriented environmentAdaptable and comfortable wearing multiple hatsUHY Advisors' Resource Solutions Group provides clients with accomplished professionals to support finance, accounting, internal audit and tax teams.
