Shipping & Receiving Associate (Order Picking & Packing)

Shipping & Receiving AssociateWe are a fast-paced beauty products manufacturer based in Los Angeles seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. This role is ideal for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in order picking and packing, who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all shipping and receiving operations.Key Responsibilities:Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipmentReceive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase ordersOrganize and stock products in appropriate warehouse locationsPrepare shipping documents and labels using warehouse softwareMaintain cleanliness and organization of the shipping and receiving areasConduct routine inventory checks and report discrepanciesCollaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillmentOperate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in order picking and packingStrong attention to detail and ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracyFamiliarity with basic warehouse operations and inventory systemsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periodsReliable and punctual with a strong work ethicKnow how to use a computer for Data Entry.English reading and writing.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not requiredSchedule:Part time - Monday - Wednesday - Friday7am - 3:30pm
