About the Role This is ahigh-impact Project Manager roleresponsible for leadingcapital and aftermarket power system projectsfrom contract award through execution. Youll work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and field teams while serving as the primary customer interface. This role is ideal for someone who enjoysowning complex projects , balancing technical, commercial, and customer priorities, and being accountable for real results. Key Responsibilities Owncapital and aftermarket contracts , including change orders, with responsibility for margin, risk, and execution Act as theprimary customer liaisonthroughout project execution Develop and drive theProject Quality Plan Identify and manageproject risks Maintain ownership ofproject budgets, forecasts, and monthly cash flow reporting Qualifications Bachelors degree (Engineering preferred);MBA a plus 5+ years managinglarge, complex, multi-million-dollar projectswith full accountability International project experience preferred Strong understanding ofcontracts, cost control, and scheduling Technical foundation inheat transfer, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics , and general engineering principles Strong leadership, communication, and matrix-team experience;multi-lingual skills a plus Why Work with Ingenium At Ingenium,People are Everything .
