Confidential Employer.Job DescriptionServe as a primary title specialist for commercial real estate transactionsReview and analyze title reports, title documents, surveys, and related diligence materialsPrepare title objections, responses, and title policy requirements for acquisitions, sales, and loan transactionsIdentify title issues and help develop practical solutions to clear themWork directly with title companies to resolve objections and secure final policies and endorsementsReview purchase agreements, contracts, and leasesPrepare closing checklists, critical date timelines, escrow instructions, and closing bindersCoordinate closings with attorneys, clients, lenders, escrow officers, and title officersAssist with entity formation, registration, and maintenanceSupport due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and financingsPrepare lease abstractsTrack deadlines and keep attorneys and clients informed of key datesTrain and help manage junior paralegals and other legal staffSupport client relationship growth and business development effortsHandle a busy transactional workload professionally and with minimal supervisionQualifications5+ years of experience as a California transactional real estate paralegalStrong law firm or reputable real estate practice group backgroundDeep title and survey review experienceStrong knowledge of title insurance, title policies, and endorsements, including ALTA and CLTAThorough understanding of commercial acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking abilityStrong Microsoft Office skillsAble to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritize effectivelyHigh level of professionalism, dependability, and discretionWhy You Will Love Working HereFully remote flexibility with real team connectionSophisticated, substantive commercial real estate workCollaborative boutique environment with strong standardsOpportunity to be a go-to specialist in title and survey mattersDirect impact on important client matters and transactionsCompetitive compensation and benefitsJPC-882Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Dental insurancePaid time offVision insurance
