Customer Solutions EngineerLocation: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)Salary: $110K–$165K +equityAbout the RoleWe are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing B2B SaaS company for a Customer Solutions Engineer. This is a unique opportunity to become an expert in a complex product, lead both sales demos and customer onboarding, and guide their customers end-to-end. You will work closely with engineers and leadership while contributing to sales processes, customer success, and scaling onboarding operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Discovery & Pre-SalesLead discovery calls and product demos with prospectsAnswer technical questions and position the product within customer systemsQualify fit, identify blockers, and advise on implementation detailsMaintain and update demo materials and customer-facing collateralCustomer Onboarding & SuccessOwn end-to-end onboarding for customers, ensuring smooth implementationsServe as the primary point of contact during onboardingConfigure the product to meet individual customer needsTrain customers on product usage, including integrations and edge casesCreate and maintain implementation best practices and FAQ documentationIdentify churn risks and potential upsell opportunitiesProject ManagementManage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, with clear plans, milestones, and timelinesTroubleshoot issues and collaborate with engineering to resolve complex challengesIdentify process gaps and provide feedback for product improvementProcess Improvement & ScalingDevelop scalable onboarding processes for hundreds of customersBuild tools, templates, and automation to reduce manual effortCollaborate with product and engineering teams to improve features and onboarding efficiencyTrack key KPIs for onboarding timelines and process successRequirements1–5 years of experience in:Consulting (PwC, Deloitte, Accenture, McKinsey) ORCustomer success, implementation, integrations, ERP, or similar at a VC-backed startupOpen to new graduates (Fall/Winter 2025)Strong interest in learning complex B2B SaaS productsExcellent communication skills and ability to build long-term customer relationshipsStrong project management and organisational skillsWhy JoinWork closely with founders and engineers in a fast-growing environmentGain deep expertise in a complex B2B SaaS productDirect impact on scaling onboarding and driving customer successCompetitive salary, equity, and visa sponsorshipIf you're keen to learn more click apply and we'll reach out to set up a confidential call.
