Customer Service RepresentativeTransdev in St. Paul, MN is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and clients. The above represents the standard Corporate Policy.Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirecting to a supervisor.Comprehensive understanding of policies and proceduresMeet or exceed established performance requirements.Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses.Other duties as required.Qualifications:High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.Computer literateExcellent customer service skills.Ability to operate standard telephone system.Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
