They work with high end clients. 1/3 Fortune 50 companies Responsibilities:USPTO TTAB experience.There will be someone in Atlanta who will help with virtual training.TTAB work refers to legal proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), a tribunal within the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office that handles disputes about trademark registration.TTAB matters are adversarial and procedural, very similar to court litigation:Trademark oppositionsChallenging someone else’s trademark application before it registersTrademark cancellationsTrying to cancel an existing trademark registrationMotions practiceMotions to dismiss, summary judgment, discovery motions, etc.DiscoveryInterrogatories, document requests, depositions (often written but sometimes oral)Briefing & hearingsTrial briefs, reply briefs, and oral arguments before the BoardAppealsAppealing refusals of trademark applications to the TTABPay range and compensation package: Pay: $100,000 to $140,000 (based on experience). 11 holidays, PTO, medical, dental, vision, 401k.Hybrid 2 or 3 days in office. 7.5 hour work day, 1 hour lunch.Equal Opportunity Statement: Not specified in the provided data.
