Senior Project Manager Construction Im currently partnering with a well-established, privately owned construction management firm to appoint a Senior Project Manager into their growing team. The Role As Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of key projects, leading delivery from early-stage planning through to completion. Youll act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery (pre-construction through handover) Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the lifecycle Oversee programme, cost, risk, and quality performance Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders Drive value engineering and problem-solving across complex builds Ensure best-in-class health & safety and compliance standards Mentor and support junior team members What Theyre Looking For Proven experience as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager within construction Background in commercial, healthcare, life sciences, or interiors projects preferred Strong pre-construction and delivery experience Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to lead multiple projects or large-scale schemes Degree-qualified (or equivalent) in Construction Management or similar Stable career history within reputable contractors or CM firms Why This Opportunity?
