A healthcare organization in New York City is currently seeking a licensedPhysical Therapist (PT) to join their growing team in Queens on a Part-time basis.About the Opportunity: Schedule:3 days a week Hours:8am to 2:30pm Setting:Preschool Age Range:3 to 5 years old Paid note taking will be completed onsite at the end of the day.Responsibilities:The Physical Therapist (PT) will be responsible for: Providing screening, evaluation, and therapy services, as assigned Participating in interdisciplinary case conferences to determine diagnosis and developing appropriate treatment plans for children Providing consultation on issues involving effective motor development to teaching staff and other appropriate programmatic staff and programs Providing information to families regarding their childs motor development and stimulation Maintaining and making all records and reports available required Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy school (New graduates will be considered!)
