Architectural Designer (Residential Focus, Northern California)

With a comprehensive array of services spanning the entire real estate spectrum, from land acquisition to property listing, our firm provides a unique environment for growth and learning.Responsibilities- Assist project teams in developing design concepts, drawings, and presentations.- Produce construction documents under supervision of senior staff.- Support site analysis, code research, and permitting processes.- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and clients.- Contribute to design discussions, model-making, and digital renderings.- Produce permit set & coordination with city staff.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).- 0–2 years of professional experience (internships count).- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.- Strong design sense, attention to detail, and communication skills.- Interest in residential design and sustainable practices.- Excellent problem solving skills.
