Position DescriptionUses technical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair plant equipment, building and grounds. Job ResponsibilitiesPerforms a wide variety of maintenance work to maintain structures, electrical systems, heating systems, plumbing, machine repair, electrical systems, hydraulics systems for a variety of equipmentTroubleshoots and repairs equipmentPerforms preventative maintenancePerforms various machining or bench operations to alter and repair tools, dies, fixtures, jigs, gauges requiring skill and a basic knowledge of tooling practices and applicationsPerforms other duties as assigned Job Skills RequirementsIntermediate troubleshooting skills using mechanical, electrical, hydraulic knowledgeGood teamwork, interpersonal and communication skillsBasic computer skillsPerform sustained concentration; follow through on instructions and decision making skillsFluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location EducationHigh School diploma General Education Degree Experience Requirements1.5 years of technical experience using mechanical, electrical and hydraulic skills Physical & Environmental RequirementsMay be required to lift or carry products, parts, and/or other materials of various sizes and weights.
