Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A full-time Special Education Teacher position is available in Grovetown, GA, serving students across grades K-12. This contract role begins ASAP and continues through the end of the school year. The position involves managing a caseload of K-12 students with special education needs.Responsibilities include:Planning and delivering individualized instruction to students in grades K-12 based on their unique learning requirementsCollaborating with general education teachers, specialists, and families to support student progressDeveloping and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)Monitoring and documenting student performance and compliance with educational standardsProviding a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student growthDesired qualifications:Experience teaching special education students across various grade levels, including elementary (K-5), middle (6-8), and high school (9-12)Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practicesAbility to manage diverse caseloads efficientlyEffective communication and collaboration skillsFlexibility to work in various school settings and grade levels as neededThis contract opportunity is open to both part-time and full-time candidates.
