Adecco is recruiting Maintenance Mechanics for direct hire opportunities with our client located in Georgia, VT. These are full-time, permanent positions offering competitive pay, shift premiums, and a strong benefits package. We are seeking skilled maintenance professionals with experience supporting manufacturing equipment, packaging systems, and facility utilities in an industrial environment. Available Roles & Schedules:Building Mechanic - Weekend NightsFriday, Saturday, Sunday | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Starting at $27.00/hr + $2.50 shift premiumPackaging Mechanic - Night Shift2/2/3 rotating schedule 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Starting at $27.00/hr + 15% shift premiumProcess Mechanic - Day Shift2/2/3 rotating schedule 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Starting at $27.00/hrKey ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and maintain manufacturing, packaging, and facility equipmentPerform preventative maintenance and mechanical repairsMaintain utility systems including steam, water, compressed air, and gas Repair or rebuild pumps, valves, conveyors, and mechanical assemblies Perform general facility maintenance including HVAC and plumbing Complete maintenance documentation and work orders Support safety, quality, and productivity improvements QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED 2+ years of industrial or mechanical maintenance experienceExperience using hand and power toolsAbility to read equipment manuals, diagrams, or blueprintsBasic computer skills (CMMS/SAP experience a plus) Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsAbility to bend, climb ladders, and work in confined or elevated spaces Ability to wear required PPE and respirators if necessaryBenefitsThese direct hire roles offer a competitive benefits package including: Medical, Dental, and Vision 401(k) with company match Tuition Reimbursement Quarterly Bonus Opportunities Career development and training Apply today through Adecco to be considered for these direct placement opportunities in Georgia, VT.For this particular assignment, must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
