Lead and mentor design teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth. Oversee design processes from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and project requirements. Build and strengthen client relationships by presenting design concepts and guiding them through the design process. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate design and technical execution seamlessly. Promote sustainable and forward-thinking design principles to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Ensure designs comply with local regulations, codes, and permitting processes while meeting the highest quality standards.WHAT YOU BRING: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field. 10+ years of experience in architectural design, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role. A portfolio showcasing exceptional design work across various project types. Strong proficiency in software tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design platforms. Proven ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with a client-focused mindset.
