We are excited to find a new family member to help keep our crews and guests safe. Key Job Focuses - Support a welcoming atmosphere by balancing security with hospitality. First Hello and Last Goodbye to every guest - Know your regulars by name. - Monitor entrances, exits, and guest flow to prevent incidents. - Check IDs and ensure all guests meet entry requirements. - De-escalate conflicts and handle situations calmly and professionally. - Follow emergency procedures and assist during evacuations when needed. - Report all incidents accurately and promptly to management on a nightly incident basis. - Attend all required training on safety, guest interaction, and procedures provided by the company. - Must have a valid Guard Card - Able to lift 50lbs up to 200lbs and willing to be on your feet for up to 8 hours.
