Essential Job Functions:Deliver exceptional customer service consistently, embodying the company's commitment to 'Run the Best Store in Town!'Foster a positive, friendly atmosphere by demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.Engage with customers enthusiastically, providing prompt and courteous assistance.Support the produce manager with ordering, receiving, and displaying fresh products.Ensure all merchandise is rotated effectively to maintain freshness and quality.Keep the department clean and organized in accordance with company standards.Shock all green leaf vegetables to ensure optimal freshness.Assist in unloading trucks and organizing product displays.Prepare pineapples by coring as required.Adhere to the company's food safety protocols.Maintain a neat and clean workstation and surrounding area.Perform sanitation and cleaning of the department at least twice daily.Commit to attending scheduled shifts to comply with company attendance policies. Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years of age.Ability to meet physical, mental, and visual demands of the job.Follow verbal and written instructions, complete repetitive tasks, and interact positively with diverse individuals daily.Dependability in attending scheduled shifts is essential.
