We offer end-to-end security solutions and have achieved global success across a wide range of industry verticals, including retail, transportation, education, banking, healthcare, hospitality, and airports.Hanwha Vision America (HVA) is seeking a Service Parts Coordinator who can provide hands-on experience in parts inbound and outbound operations, warehouse organization, parts process handling, and internal support. Focused on stable daily operations, accurate inventory control, and supporting service teams through reliable physical and system-based workflows.Key Responsibilities:Parts inventory inbound/outbound handlingPhysical stock organization and cycle countingRMA and defective parts managementPacking, labeling, and shippingUPS and ERP system processingFirst-level response for internal parts inquiriesWarehouse organization and cleanlinessQualifications:Managed daily parts receiving, sorting, storage, and shipping operationsBasic English required / Korean requiredOrganized inventory locations and maintained a clean, structured warehouse layoutHandled RMA processes, including defective parts separation, HDD returns, and scrap managementPerformed regular physical inventory checks and basic inventory reportingSupported internal teams (Service, Admin, CS) with parts-related requestsPrepared shipments, including packing lists and basic shipping documentationEducation:Associate Degree or equivalent experience (Logistics / Business / Electronics preferred)Physical Demands:Sitting/Travel: The role requires extended periods of sitting, including time spent traveling by car or plane, attending meetings, and working on a laptop or mobile devices while in offices, client locations, or remote settings. The position also involves periods of standing and walking during client visits and events.Able to lift up to 30 lbsComfortable standing and walking during warehouse operationsHands-on physical work, including packing and loading
