Commercial Litigation Attorney

Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a boutique business and commercial litigation law firm in its search for a mid-level Litigation Attorney to join its busy and growing practice on either a project basis or a direct hire basis. This position is required to work in the firm’s office in Midtown.The successful Litigation Attorney will:Be experienced in litigating all phases of complex cases;Have extensive experience drafting legal briefs, motions, and conducting legal research;Successfully work independently and in large and small teams;Have solid writing skills (please note a writing sample will be requested) and critical thinking skills;Have at least 5 years of experience in U.S. federal courts and state courts;Have an interest in securities litigation and investor-related lawsuits.All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
