Talent Acquisition Specialist (Onsite – New York, NY)Location: New York, NY Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite Company: Vensure + Division PartnersPosition OverviewVensure is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our onsite team in New York. This role is responsible for executing full-cycle recruiting strategies to support hiring needs across Vensure and its Division Partners. The successful candidate will bring strong business acumen, a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to cultivate strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor to assess staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategiesSource qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, professional networks, and proactive outreach effortsConduct resume screenings and comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural alignmentCoordinate interviews and support hiring managers through each stage of the selection processCommunicate regularly with candidates to ensure a seamless, professional, and transparent experienceUtilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment documentationTrack, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to support continuous improvement initiativesRepresent the organization at recruiting and community events, serving as a brand ambassadorProvide timely notifications to non-selected candidates and ensure adherence to recruitment compliance standardsAdvise hiring managers on best practices related to recruitment, interviewing, and documentationMaintain strict confidentiality of all personnel information in accordance with federal and state regulationsQualifications & CompetenciesSkills & AbilitiesStrong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting methodologies, sourcing techniques, and HR best practicesExceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport at all organizational levelsProven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential informationStrong judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS platformsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferredMinimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience requiredExperience supporting multi-site or multi-state recruitment strongly preferredPEO industry experience is a significant advantageWhy Join Vensure?Opportunity to support recruitment initiatives across a diverse portfolio of business divisionsCollaborative, professional, and growth-focused work environmentAbility to contribute to meaningful organizational expansion and workforce developmentExposure to a dynamic HR structure with opportunities for professional advancement
