Job Title: Salad/PantryJob Description: Salad/Pantry are kitchen staff responsible for preparing salads and desserts. Salad/Pantry job duties include cleaning vegetables, mixing ingredients, preparing plates of vegetables, preparing dressings, and replenishing supplies. Responsibilities: Prepares salads and desserts. Cleans vegetables, fruits, and berries for salads. Mixes ingredients for green salads. Prepares dressings, like Thousand Island, Ranch, and Bleu Cheese to be served on green salads. Qualifications: Proven food preparation and food handling experience. Working knowledge of proper food handling procedures. The ability to follow standardized recipes. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work in a team. Excellent communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills.
